Available options:

- New analog section (including D/A chip), transforms the MEDEA into a MEDEA+ unit.

- The Firewire interface, allows to connect the Medea to PC or MAC computers for music file playback via the MEDEA. The features of the Firewire interface are the same as those of the INT202 interface as shown here. Information on computer based music playback can be found here.

- The ST type glass fiber optical input. This input allows to connect e.g. the JASON CD Transport to the MEDEA via a glass fiber cable for uncompromised signal transmission.
